We take the time to engage with our clients in the pre-construction phase to ensure all timeline and budgetary concerns or questions are addressed. Our aim is to provide the client with all the information they need to understand the process and establish a communications process that is a key element in the project. We also supply our clients with a custom checklist to fill out in this phase to ensure we are prepared before we break ground. This is a crucial phase in the project as it enables the construction period to move more swiftly.

CONSTRUCTION

Our focus for every project is to work diligently and execute the details as they should be, while staying in budget and on schedule. Andy personally manages every project, providing the client with piece of peace, and the experience to spot potential problems before they arise.

Every phase of construction is a collaboration between AGC, the Design / Architectural team and the homeowners, to make the process the exciting experience it should be.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

After project completion, communication is again a key factor. We are available for any client questions or concerns to be addressed and make sure our client is happy with the craftsmanship and service we provided.

Seismic

We provide structural services to a variety of building types throughout the Bay Area. We offer seismic retrofit design and construction of soft-story apartment buildings as well as seismic retrofit design and construction of unreinforced brick masonry buildings, non-ductile concrete and historic landmark buildings. We also provide full engineering and construction services on building projects requiring new construction, major remodeling, repairs or additions.
